1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims (SUPKEM) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the platform or its related services.
2. Platform Registration & Accounts
To access operational pipelines like Hajj Certifications or Organizational alignment, citizens must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete structural information during the registration process.
- Maintain the security of password credentials and verified transactional authentications.
- Accept full systemic responsibility for all activities that occur under your digital account.
3. Service Usage & Financial Protocols
All certifications and applications initiated through the portal require verifiable financial processing. Payments are non-refundable unless a catastrophic systemic failure is proven on our end. Any attempt to bypass, reverse, or falsify payment confirmation vectors will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All visual interfaces, design architectures, software logic, and textual content published on this platform remain the strict intellectual property of the Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims. Unauthorized digital reproduction is strictly forbidden.
